Golf in Ogden

Ogden is the seat of Weber County and one of Utah's oldest significant cities, founded at the confluence of the Weber and Ogden rivers and transformed into a major hub when the transcontinental railroad was completed at nearby Promontory Summit in 1869. The city has reinvented itself in recent decades as an outdoor recreation and craft culture destination — 25th Street's Victorian commercial block is one of Utah's most vibrant small-city main streets, and the canyon systems above Ogden lead to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley ski areas. Three municipal and semi-private golf courses serve Ogden's substantial local population across the valley floor and mountain bench.
