Golf in Donovan Estates

Donovan Estates is a small community in Yuma County in the agricultural flatlands of the lower Colorado River delta area in far southwestern Arizona. The community is in rural Yuma County, in the flat irrigated desert terrain that supports extensive winter vegetable farming supplied by Colorado River water. The lower Colorado River delta area of Yuma County is one of the most intensively farmed regions in the American Southwest, with lettuce, broccoli, and other winter vegetables grown in the warm desert terrain. The Colorado River corridor provides the water that makes the agriculture possible in this otherwise extremely arid desert. One course serves the Donovan Estates community in the flat agricultural terrain of Yuma County.
