Golf in Nogales

2 golf courses in Nogales, Arizona.

Nogales is a border city in Santa Cruz County at the Arizona-Mexico international border, adjacent to Nogales, Sonora, one of the largest border crossings in the southwestern United States. The twin border cities form a significant binational metropolitan area with extensive commercial activity, with the Santa Cruz County US side serving as a gateway for produce imports from Mexico and a retail destination for Mexican visitors. Nogales is at roughly 3,800 feet elevation in the upper Santa Cruz River valley, with the semi-arid terrain of the borderlands and the Patagonia Mountains to the east providing the surrounding landscape. Santa Cruz County has the smallest land area of any Arizona county and is entirely within the border zone, with the wine country of the Sonoita and Elgin area to the northeast adding a tourism dimension. Two courses serve the Nogales community in the upper Santa Cruz River valley terrain.
