Golf in Homeland

Homeland is a small unincorporated community in Riverside County in the southwestern portion of the county, between Hemet and Menifee. The community occupies relatively flat terrain in the transition zone between the San Jacinto Valley and the Perris Valley. Riverside County's southwestern communities have seen substantial growth as residential development has spread from the Temecula-Murrieta corridor northward through the Perris Valley area. Homeland has limited commercial services and is primarily residential, with residents using Hemet and Menifee for most needs. Interstate 215 is accessible to the west, providing freeway access to the broader Inland Empire. The community sits in a zone where the eastern Riverside County foothills transition to the gentler terrain of the Perris Valley.
