Golf in Menifee

Menifee is a city in Riverside County in the southwestern portion of the county, north of Temecula and south of Lake Elsinore in the Perris Valley. The city was incorporated in 2008 from several unincorporated communities and has grown rapidly since. Riverside County's southwestern communities, including Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula, form a growing suburban corridor in the southern county. The city has a substantial residential base and a growing commercial district along the Newport Road and Haun Road corridors. The Sun City community within the city limits is a large retirement area that has been part of the area since the 1960s. Interstate 215 provides the main freeway connection north toward Riverside and south toward Temecula.
