Golf in Lake Elsinore

Lake Elsinore is a city in Riverside County in the southwestern portion of the county, south of Corona and north of the Temecula valley. The city occupies the terrain around Lake Elsinore, a natural lake in the Elsinore Valley at roughly 1,250 feet elevation. Riverside County's southwestern communities have grown substantially in recent decades as the Lake Elsinore-Canyon Lake corridor has expanded. The lake provides boating, swimming, and recreation for residents and visitors. Lake Elsinore Outlets draws retail visitors. Interstate 15 provides the main highway connection south toward Temecula and north toward Corona and the Inland Empire. The Ortega Highway (State Route 74) connects Lake Elsinore to the San Juan Capistrano area in Orange County to the west.
