Golf in Red Bluff

Red Bluff is the county seat of Tehama County, a city on the west bank of the Sacramento River near the northern end of the Sacramento Valley. The city sits at roughly 300 feet elevation where the broad valley begins to narrow and the surrounding terrain becomes more varied. The Sacramento River passes through the city, and a diversion dam at Red Bluff has been part of regional water management for decades. Tehama County's economy centers on cattle ranching, timber, and agriculture, with Red Bluff serving as the administrative and commercial hub for a county that spans from the valley floor westward into the mountains. Interstate 5 runs through the city, connecting it to Redding to the north and Corning to the south. The city has a compact traditional downtown and a growing residential area.
