Golf in Rocklin

Rocklin is a city in Placer County in the western Sierra Nevada foothills, east of Sacramento and west of Auburn. The city has grown rapidly in recent decades alongside Roseville, and the two cities share a continuous suburban fabric along the Interstate 80 corridor. Placer County's foothill communities along Interstate 80 have become some of the faster-growing areas in the Sacramento region. Rocklin is home to William Jessup University and Sierra College, providing higher education in the community. The local economy includes retail, technology, and services. The city has a growing commercial and industrial base near the freeway interchange, along with extensive residential development. Downtown Rocklin along Pacific Street maintains a small-town commercial center. Rocklin sits at an elevation that provides cooler summers than the Sacramento Valley floor.
