Golf in Greenville

Greenville is the county seat of Hunt County northeast of Dallas along I-30, a mid-size city with a connection to the cotton industry and textile manufacturing that characterized the Texas Blackland Prairie economy. The community serves as the commercial center for Hunt County in the transition zone between the Blackland Prairie and the East Texas post oak country. Greenville is known for the Greenville Army Air Field, which was a World War II training base, and for the L-3 Communications plant, a major industrial employer.
