Agoura Hills is a city in Los Angeles County in the western San Fernando Valley area, along US Highway 101 between the San Fernando Valley and the Conejo Valley. The city occupies hill terrain where the Santa Monica Mountains transition to the Simi Hills and the Conejo Valley. Los Angeles County's western communities along Highway 101, including Agoura Hills, are part of the suburban western LA corridor. The city has a mix of residential neighborhoods and commercial areas along the Kanan Road and Highway 101 corridors.
