Golf in Carmichael

Carmichael is an unincorporated community in Sacramento County, northeast of Sacramento in the suburban area east of the city. The community occupies elevated terrain above the American River, where the river provides a natural boundary to the south and various creek drainages run through residential neighborhoods. Sacramento County's suburban communities northeast of the city have grown as extensions of the Sacramento urban core, with residents commuting to the capital and surrounding employment centers.
