Golf in Carson

Carson is a city in Los Angeles County south of downtown Los Angeles, in the South Bay area adjacent to Torrance and the Dominguez Hills. The city occupies flat terrain in the southern Los Angeles Basin, between the Port of Los Angeles and the Torrance-Gardena residential corridor. Los Angeles County's South Bay communities, including Carson, have a mix of industrial, residential, and commercial uses. The city is home to Dignity Health Sports Park, a multi-purpose sports venue that has hosted Major League Soccer and other events. Interstate 405 and Interstate 110 provide freeway access through the city. The city has a diverse residential population with a significant Hispanic and African-American community.
