Golf in Rolling Hills Estates

Rolling Hills Estates is a city in Los Angeles County on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, between Torrance and the Rancho Palos Verdes and Palos Verdes Estates communities. The city occupies the flat mesa and gently varied terrain in the upper portion of the peninsula, away from the steep coastal cliffs. Los Angeles County's Palos Verdes Peninsula communities, including Rolling Hills Estates, have affluent residential character with large-lot development and equestrian trails. The city has two small shopping areas and residential neighborhoods spread across the peninsula terrain. The Palos Verdes Drive corridors provide access around the peninsula and to Torrance and the South Bay. The city has a residential character with some commercial uses at the main intersection corridors.
