Golf in Cowan

Cowan is a small community in Stanislaus County in the San Joaquin Valley, in the rural agricultural terrain of the central county west of Turlock. The community occupies flat valley land in an area of irrigated agriculture, including dairies, orchards, and field crops. Stanislaus County's western agricultural communities are less urbanized than those along State Route 99 and have a more rural character.
