Golf in National City

National City is a city in San Diego County south of San Diego, adjacent to Chula Vista and north of the US-Mexico border area. The city occupies flat terrain between San Diego Bay to the west and the hills to the east. San Diego County's South Bay communities, including National City and Chula Vista, are part of the urban corridor between San Diego and the international border. The city has a commercial and industrial character along National City Boulevard and Harbor Drive, with auto dealerships and a port facility on the bay. The Port of San Diego's National City Marine Terminal is within the city. Interstate 5 and Interstate 805 provide freeway access. The city has a diverse residential population and is focused on redevelopment of commercial areas.
