Golf in Simi Valley

Simi Valley is a city in Ventura County in the Simi Valley, north of the Santa Monica Mountains and east of Thousand Oaks. The city occupies a broad east-west valley at roughly 880 feet elevation, separated from the Los Angeles Basin and San Fernando Valley by the Santa Susana and Simi Hills. Ventura County's eastern communities, including Simi Valley, have grown as residential areas for workers commuting to Los Angeles via the 118 Freeway and the Santa Susana Pass. The city has a large residential base with commercial corridors along the main valley arterials. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is in the hills above Simi Valley and draws visitors to the area. State Route 118 provides the main east-west highway, and State Route 23 connects the valley to Thousand Oaks to the south.
