1 golf course in Darien, Georgia.

Darien is a historic small city in McIntosh County on the Altamaha River, one of the oldest settlements in Georgia. Founded in 1736 by Scottish Highlanders as a military outpost, Darien has significant colonial and antebellum history, and the nearby Fort King George is among the oldest British fortifications in North America. The Altamaha River delta at Darien is one of the most ecologically significant river mouths on the East Coast, and the area retains a tidal creek and marsh landscape characteristic of the Georgia coast.
