Golf in Orange

Orange is one of the three Golden Triangle cities in far southeast Texas in Orange County, on the Sabine River at the Louisiana border. The community has a strong connection to the Louisiana culture and landscape across the river, with heavy rainfall, abundant vegetation, and a humid subtropical climate typical of the Ark-La-Tex region where Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas meet. The Stark Museum of Art and the Lutcher Theater for the Performing Arts are cultural assets that distinguish Orange from other small Texas cities. Orange County is at the far eastern edge of the Texas Gulf Coast, with the Sabine River as the state boundary. The petrochemical industry along the Sabine River corridor has been a significant employer alongside the port operations. One course serves the Orange community in the humid, forested terrain of the Sabine River delta.
