Golf in Seguin

Seguin is the county seat of Guadalupe County on the Guadalupe River east of San Antonio, a city with a connection to the Republic of Texas era and a strong German and Tejano cultural heritage. Texas Lutheran University provides an educational anchor for the community. Guadalupe County has grown as part of the San Antonio suburban expansion eastward along the I-10 and US 90 corridors, and Seguin has attracted new residents and some manufacturing alongside the university community. The Guadalupe River runs through the community, providing the spring-fed water and the pecan and oak bottom terrain typical of the Hill Country river corridors. Two courses serve the Seguin community in the oak and post oak terrain of the Guadalupe River corridor.
