Golf in Escondido

Escondido is a city in San Diego County in the inland area north of San Diego, in a broad inland valley between the coastal mountains and higher desert ranges. The city is one of the larger inland cities in the county and serves as a commercial hub for the north county inland area. San Diego County's inland communities, including Escondido, Poway, and Ramona, have a mix of residential, agricultural, and commercial character. The California Center for the Arts is in Escondido and provides cultural programming. The San Pasqual Valley to the east has vineyards and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
