Golf in Hidden Meadows

Hidden Meadows is a small unincorporated community in San Diego County in the inland mountain terrain north of Escondido. The community occupies elevated terrain in the coastal ranges at roughly 1,800 feet elevation, in a residential zone above the Escondido Valley. San Diego County's mountain community areas north and east of Escondido include several smaller residential communities in the chaparral-covered hills. Hidden Meadows has a primarily residential character with limited commercial services, and residents rely on Escondido for most needs. Interstate 15 is accessible east of the community, providing freeway access to the broader San Diego area. The surrounding terrain consists of chaparral and coastal sage scrub typical of the San Diego County inland mountain range at this elevation.
