Golf in Manhattan Beach

Manhattan Beach is a city in Los Angeles County on the Pacific coast in the South Bay, between Hermosa Beach and El Segundo. The city occupies a coastal position at the base of the Palos Verdes Peninsula area, where the flat Los Angeles Basin meets the ocean. Los Angeles County's South Bay beach cities, including Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach, form a coastal residential corridor south of Santa Monica Bay. The city is one of the more affluent coastal communities in Los Angeles County, with high real estate values and a walkable downtown on Manhattan Beach Boulevard and the pier. The beach volleyball culture is strong in the city, which has hosted major outdoor volleyball events. Interstate 405 provides freeway access.
